Fantastic delivery service from beginning to end. Kept up to date that goods had arrived at their depot, able too pick delivery date. Was sent an e mail and sms the day before with an estimated window slot. Arrived on time and in an immaculate condition. Delivery men were very friendly, efficient and very tidy. Took away all packaging with them. Great team effort.

Shockingly bad service! I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. I have been provided with three separate delivery dates, each of which did not take place, despite receiving a text message the night before stating a delivery slot. On each occasion, I was told that my delivery had not been loaded. When I called after the second failed delivery, I was in a queue of 17 callers! The person I spoke to after the failed delivery today said there were two other customers who would also not be receiving their delivery today. How is this company still in business?!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COURIER. So, I was due to have a sofa delivered by Home and Retail on the 10th July 11am-1pm slot. Got a call at 9, delivery drivers were off sick (had this confirmed on a voicemail too), sofa couldnt be delivered so would be redelivered on 21st July. Days off work wasted - 1. 21st July comes, get a phone call the day before, sofa is out of stock. Tried to explain that must be impossible as it was due to be delivered a few weeks back, lady wouldnt listen to me, kept talking over me, refused to put me over to a manager. Told me she could get it re-delivered on 25th July (today). I said will it be in stock then? Her words "you have my word it will be in stock and delivered on the 25th". Days off work wasted - 2. 25th July, today, my slot of 7am-9am was confirmed by a lady on the phone yesterday, i said will it 100% be with me on the 25th, yes she confirmed. So today at 8.50am i called them, is it still coming? "Sorry we cant locate it in our warehouse and we will call you back". That was 6 hours ago. Days off work wasted - 3 I have no sofa, they dont have a clue where it is, they dont return phone calls, I dont have a clue when I will even get my sofa. Ive wasted 3 days off work now, ive sent countless emails to them which I haven't received a single reply to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
