I’ve hired vehicles from European before without difficulty. When I went in today with an enquiry about an existing booking. I’ve never encountered such unhelpful and rude staff. Basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about, refused to let me speak, and when I did manage to get a word in, he then told me to stop talking. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Was provided a hire car from my insurance company though Europcar and wasn't impressed. The staff untrustworthy and uninterested about the beginning of the process as in doing the pre inspections before you take the vehicle they gloss over everything and say it's fine. When they collect the car then they start going over everything with a fine tooth comb, luckily I'd videoed the car on the pre-inspection as they tried to say I'd scrapped the rubber on the wheel. I'd recommended you do the same. They also didn't collect the car on the day they said they would which I had to book of work for them not to show up. I'd also highly recommended you go with Enterprize as their customer service is outstanding and they know what they're doing.

1/ 5

I am very angry and frustrated at the service being provided by your company. I cancelled a booking for a car and the money was still taken out. There’s was supposed to be a £50 charge however £100 was taken out. The staff there in both departments are keeping me on hold and not dealing with me in a professional manner. How can a company take out an extra £50 for a car that didn’t arrive!. I try calling again and again however the staff keep cutting me off. All I wanted to know was how long will it take for the money to get returned to my account. I will never use this company again and I will be leaving a bad review on every website I find that’s how poor the service has been. Nobody has been useful in this company.
