Terrible service. A scam caller tried to get my credit card details over the phone, knowing I was having this car delivered for hire. They have been 30 hours and counting LATE to collect my car. Took a day off work to ensure it's safe return so I could get my £260 deposit back....wasted a day annual leave and it is STILL sat on my drive. No one has helped on the phone, despite calling about 4 times so far. Terrible terrible service

Awesome staff. I was 6 hours late without letting anyone know about it. They obviously (and rightly) gave away the car since it wasn’t prepaid. However, T (yeah he is known to everyone by that name here) arranged another, even altering the booking to my changed requirements and greatly reducing the cost at the same time. He was very patient with me and answered my every question in a very polite manner. While I was there I also noticed the way T and his colleague (probably his manager) dealt with other customers. They were genuinely nice and were trying to solve the problems of their customers. They sure know that traveling can be stressful and were trying to lessen that stress on others. Thank you T! You were super helpful.

Paid and hired a car online here on Friday, I thought it was just as simple as collecting the car but when I arrived I was hit with a £120 extra charge for being 25! although I stated my age on the site beforehand so this should of been taken into calculation before making me pay. Personally think this is a right con and it should be sorted ASAP.

the driver who dilvered the car explained that only one driver was allowed to drive the car, we needed to add an additional driver so we told to ring the customer service number: spent 1 hr on the phone, each call handler is from bulgaria and pass the call from pillor to post, all i wanted to do was add an additional driver there is no way to speak to a uk call operator to do this, the bulgaria team: chris-bulgaria Mike-bulgaria Andy-bulgaria each give me a different number to ring which is for! bulgaia , who cannot add additional drivers.... its a pitty you cannot just ring the local office, their website, google local all advertise the bulgaia number.

Given a manual car even though my disability means I can only drive a auto comfortably. Phoned every day for 3 weeks to be told no automatics in.Deal with it!! STAFF RUDE!

Van and car hire good service and quality

Europcar advertise good monthly rates, but you find the car available. Call centre(abroad) will encourage you towards sites and no guarantee a car will be there. Total waste of time if u want premium vehicle, probably ok if require basic car. Manage to visit 3 sites no car available. Local sites not interested in releasing car for a special rate Monthly would rather rent to 4 different people over a month to maximise revenue - cant recommend.
