I have rented recently twice from them, I must say I was really happy with the customer service and how quickly and smoothly the process went, also deposit went back to my account very quickly. The thing is with these rentals, if you rent and give the car/van in same condition, with same amount of petrol, it will be all good. The guy at the rental counter is friendly and polite. I will use them again, and hope fully will keep that good opinion about them. So far so good. Recommended!

Awful service, always trying to make an extra buck even though they dont deserve it. Make sure u vacuum clean the rental before you return otherwise you will have to go back out and loose ur place in the queue!!! Get more staff on the desk

Staff are very friendly at Europcar. Had a nice selection of upgrade opportunities, had I wanted the option. My vehicle was ready for me at the appropriate time, it was clean and well presented. No real negatives to be mention, the branch gas wheel chair access and a pleasant reception area. Overall a great experience and no real negatives, I am a happy customer.

The worst branch of Europecar ever in the history off mankind. The manager is absolutely rude and arrogant. The person behind the counter has no clue about customer service. They are like theifs they look to charge you additionally on top off everything for no valid reason. I will definitely be instructing my solicitor to take them to court for fraudulent charges. I had a long term car rental while waiting for my new car to arrive and have to say what a flawless service for a car rental company! From the point of making the booking (under a fantastic price comparing with others ), to the point of driving a trouble free car, to later extending the rental in such a quick efficient way at a fantastic price again and to finally dropping off the car... all very easy, efficient stress free! Also the guy at specific branch is really speedy , polite and helpful which just adds to the experience! Totally different experience to other car rental stations 1000% going there again if I need to

I seriously don't know why this is 1-starred into oblivion - my rental was flawless, super uncomplicated. Found one scratch that I reported at pick up; at drop off handed over the keys no questions asked, a day later invoice came with no unexpected charges. Everyone was nice to me as well.

For the 5th time this year I used this company, every time I've meet great service and well maintained and new cars. They don't make any problems, very polite staff, for sure if I'll need to rent car again I'll get it from them!

Rude abusive and suspicious staff. When sent here after hours for a hire car by rac its like we caught the staff doing something they shouldn't have been doing. The fleet supervisor refused to help us despite agreeing he saw our reservation claiming he should have left at 1pm (now 3pm) and he had ko cars, despite a carpark fill of cars. He then falsly accused us of threatening him in an email to head office when we pushed to be given a car after being sent there by rac and now stranded because he refused to process that reservation. Being stranded there, we watched staff leave at 4.30. In the hour and a half that he sat in the office avoiding us, he could easily have helped us out. I would never use this company again.

Really wanted to thank Artjom on the front desk for superb customer service when I went to rent a car for a week's holiday. He was great, talked me through the options and helped me arrive at a super choice. My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous holiday in Cornwall with a very nearly new, luxury car. Thanks Artjom, you made it special, and I really grateful.
