I am very angry and frustrated at the service being provided by your company. I cancelled a booking for a car and the money was still taken out. There’s was supposed to be a £50 charge however £100 was taken out. The staff there in both departments are keeping me on hold and not dealing with me in a professional manner. How can a company take out an extra £50 for a car that didn’t arrive!. I try calling again and again however the staff keep cutting me off. All I wanted to know was how long will it take for the money to get returned to my account. I will never use this company again and I will be leaving a bad review on every website I find that’s how poor the service has been. Nobody has been useful in this company.

Charged £60 for "late collection" after 10:30pm - When I reserved it on the website it says 11pm. From a customer service perspective this should not be charged as I was not informed prior to collection. Would appreciate if someone in management could contact me

Over an hour to collect a rental. Was told my car wasn't available due to me being "early". My rental was at 3 pm, I was at the desk for 2:50 pm. Do not be mislead by these criminals at Europcar. I was blatantly lied to regarding charges and my £166 rental I had already prepaid turned into a £390 rental. Opting for premium protection I was assured I was paying an extra £75 turning my £166 rental to £228 which I was more than happy to do. In reality I was paying £228 on top of the £166 already paid, when asked if this was the case I was told no by the girl at the counter, several times. Deceptive terminology, they will take advantage of their complex invoicing to lure as much money out of you as possible. Double and triple check everything, if they agree to anything verbally ensure you get it in writing. Pure crooks, when confronted they offer me a discount on future rentals instead of a refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Easy to find, very close to the main airport. Had great customer service from Kash who took care of me really well. Personable, friendly and professional service. Really good value for money, will be using again, thank you!

Extremely helpful staff... Way better than the call centre I spoke to the night before.

Claimed we took a luggage cover, we didn't. There was no one to receive us when we took it back, we had to post the keys in a box, so no kne is there to check the car. Like magic we get a letter, weeks later of course telling us we've taken the luggage cover, what do we need one of those for? Any way some more weeks pass and we get another letter, mysteriously dated weeks ago but only received a couple of days ago, telling us they are entitled to take whatever they deem is the cost of the damage in 14 days, of course , those 14 days were long since passed, by about 1 week, and lo and behold I look at my credit card statement we've been stuffed to the tune of £152. Came out about a week ago, of course, I had no warning, the letter dated 14/10 only arrived yesterday (7/11). You might think you are dealing with a professional company, but you'd be wrong. If you have to deal with these people, take pictures of everything, I mean EVERYTHING!, in fact record a video, there's a chance you might need it to avoid being screwed.
