Rented a car from this location for 4 days and the experience was EXCELLENT. A very big shout out to Andy, Alexandra and Hari who made the pick up and drop off very easy and customer service was spot on. I would highly recommend this place and won't think twice before going back there for my rental needs.

Their booking system cashed my money only to then know that I couldn’t drive the car under their policies. I had already called and given my personal data, I was forced to lose my booking. I called many times and was constantly given different numbers. Not coming back

Awful experience at the car return: the staff found two little scratches in the wheel rim (less than half of a inch) and I was charged of £65 for damages and £40 for procedural fees. I think this was an excessive and undue amount for a really common and little damage. I couldn't expect this kind of treatment from such a well know company.

Horrible experience renting a car... passport and license showed my English name, family name, mandarin name in that order. Been in the UK for 3 years, my Lloyds bank puts my name as English name, mandarin name, family name (which I understand in the UK, family name is last name) and they refused to rent the car saying it can’t be approved by the authenticating team as my license and passport says my last name is my mandarin name but my bank says my family name is my last name... explained it to him... even my BRP places my family name, English name, mandarin name in that order so am I right to say I am a person with 3 identities?! To me thats pure nonsensical I have as each card and passport has my picture on it too

Very good service. I hired a car with Europcar Glasgow and the whole thing was fantastic. New chap Josh and supervisor Simon got me set up quickly despite me arriving quite early. Car was spotless and pick up and drop off easy and right at the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Have now been given four different times from a call centre in India, about collection of the car, also had a text confirming the car would be collected by no later than 4pm on the Friday. Now I’ve been stuck in waiting for three days now. Also you can’t contact Euro car hire direct as everything goes through the call centre. Great way to run a business, never again

Very poor customer service from manager who showed total inflexibility and had a dictorial attitude.

What’s the point of contact the customer service for concerns when after weeks of waiting for the response and all they say is to rent from them again before year end, they will give you some discount. 🤣🤣
