The booking and check-in process was seamless. The staff were friendly and efficient. The car exceeded our expectations. I have no problem recommending or giving this service and outlet a 5 star rating.

Edited: I had an issue with billing in the sense I was billed 2 days, instead of one. After contacting the customer service by email, a few days later they recognised the error and refunded the extra money billed. No one doesn't make mistakes, the important thing is recognising and address them. So my overall experience here is positive.

Excellent experience renting a car with Europcar, after the most unpleasant experience with Sixt at the Airport branch. We were warmly greeted when we arrived, offered water, got a brand new car, were not pushed for unnecessary upgrade. The whole process was quick and efficient. Fair price. No trouble when we returned the car. Will use again.

AMERICANS: be sure to use the American/Canadian booking process so Europcar will accept your credit card insurance. After a TERRIBLE experience at Green Motion (EDI Airport), we rebooked a rental car with Europcar Edinburgh West. We were a little concerned looking at the reviews because they seemed to echo a similar experience we had at Green Motion. This was not the case! We worked with Chloe, and she was the BEST!! She was personable, funny, and understanding, especially considering we came in absolutely furious from our experience with Green Motion. Chloe warmly greeted us as we walked into the reception area and was more than helpful. We were in and out within 15 minutes and not only was our experience 100x’s better than Green Motion, we actually left laughing and excited to start our vacation in Scotland. THANK YOU, CHLOE!!

Great place to grab a car for the tour. They were friendly and nice and helped us out when we needed some extra help with our visa. I would recommend your car for anyone renting a car to go around Scotland Ireland or England
