Only a few minutes walk across the road from arrivals they're fairly easy to locate. Check in procedure is quick and efficient. The car pick up isn't far from the booking desk and having booked via their Android App we received a worthwhile discount. Cars have always been in pristine condition and ready to go. Highly recommend.

One of the most depressing waiting areas I've ever encountered. It smells of disinfectant and some of the tired looking fluorescent tubes are out. We've been waiting to be seen and I've counted at least 15 things that need repairing. The seats are dirty and the air con sounds like it's packing up. 3 stars because the guy behind the counter seemed nice.

Fairly disappointed with europcars damage assessment. Not the first time that the initial assessment is incomplete despite very obvious damage. Even if you write to customer service, the 7 day response means you get charged for damage in the end. I don't want to have to prove damage was there before, i want the initial inspection to be done. Parcel shelf was missing from car, not noted. How??

Worst customer service ever. The car I hired suffered a simple puncture. The spare wheel had been removed, as well as the re-inflation kit. Instead I spent 2 hours on a customer helpline to be told the tyre would not be fixed for 24 hours. The car could not be moved so I was helpless. Europcar has no concern for the customer., only for the car. DO BOT USE.

Great personalised customer service. All done swiftly and professionlly. No hidden costs. Easy access via website. Close to airport with bussess going frequently, no need to call. Simply get the bus from the front of terminal to Silver Zone car park. Special thanks to the team working on the back shift - Saturday the 3th of September :)
