Love the service, lady on the desk is so friendly and helpful, even considered sending her a Christmas card! Very relaxed on return times/nicks compared to other more budget rivals which makes you feel relaxed. Great newish fleet and frequent upgrades. Recommended 100%

Booked and paid for a car to get home (5 hour drive) but when I arrived I was told they didn't have a car available, had already checked out of my hotel so ended up stuck in Brighton until enterprise could sort me out. No apology from staff or attempt to help to sort other cars. staff also asking personal questions on why I needed to get home so soon and why the other people I worked with didn't need to travel the same areas.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff! This is at a convenient location in the town centre. They have a good collection of cars across sizes and brands. The car we were given was spic and span. The pick up process was simple and reasonably quick. The return process is also fairly easy and reasonable. They also offer the facility of 24/7 return.

Just horrible snobby people like the rest of the reviews say. I went in to ask what time they closed on Xmas eve. 4pm. WHY? Shouted the lady, my first thought being what's it got to do with you. I said I was going to hire a car and she said oooooo you haven't heard the price yet and I've only got one left, it's going to be very expensive. She should check with her partners. I was about to book online with veygo for £93 for 5 days. Europcar online were quoting over £300. Daylight robbery. Shop around is my advice but avoid this Europcar like the plague.

Patz is a star, she was so nice to us, upgraded our insurance and gave us a bigger car that was an automatic after she heard we were heading to London. Great service, the car was clean and pretty new, big plus for it being a hybrid - we paid £25 for petrol after driving 300 miles!

Working with Scamming companies and taking no responsibility. I hired a car through CarJet from Europcar. I needed a car fast, I did an online search and a suitable car was available. Money paid etc, I get to Europcar to be told they had cancelled my booking as due to the pandemic they had no cars with fuel. I told them I had not received the cancellation. I again had to go online and found that CarJet were still offering cars with Europcar. I rang enterprise direct and they looked after me. Months later I am still trying to get my money back. CarJet ignore me and Europcar admit that they cancelled the booking and keep asking me to get Carjet to email them despite me copying BOTH companies on my emails. I still don't have my money back and Europcar still offer cars through CARJET despite clearly knowing they are fraudsters. TERRIBLE, I WONT USE THEM AGAIN AND ADVISE OTHERS TO BE AWARE.

Simply the WORST!!!!! Shame there isn’t an option of 0 star rating! Horrific customer service and still no sign of my refund…? I have been waiting for over 30 days!!! Originally, I was told the refund would be issued within 5 working days. 30 days on and still waiting!? I called numerous times to chase the payment and no results of rectifying a simple reimbursement!? It’s been a draining and tedious process, which seems never ending. Today a customer services agent has informed me, I have to wait a further 7 days, for a response from their head office!? I had to cancel the hire on the day, this was back in June! It’s now August and still no one can tell me what’s going on with my refund!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE! THIS COMPANY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!

The worst service I have experienced. The car I had ordered and paid for was not available on the day I had arranged, although I was offered a larger car I was told I would have to pay the difference - they made it sound like they were doing me a favour. I had to go back the following day to pick up the car, cutting short my holiday. I wrote to the company and they initially were unhelpful quoting data protection, even asking me to put my debit card details in an open e-mail. I was then asked to phone their helpline who could not trace my written complaint. Eventually I got an answer, I had listed eight issues (including a fault on the car) but they didn't address all the issues.  I will never use this company again.
