Europcar Bath bath

I arrived early and they found me a car. the manager could not have been more helpful. he even gave me a huge book of maps free! he was really lovely and I got looked after and highly recommend Europcar Bath

Everything after I made my booking online was a disaster until I had to finally make a new booking with enterprise Safe to say enterprise have been as helpful as the previous two times I've used them. Never do I advise to use europcar with their unhelpful and unprofessional attitude and system errors.

This has to be the worst car rental company around here. Avoid them at all cost, very poor customer service, it is as if the staff don't communicate at all because no one knows what is going on. They then direct you to their national customer service number who are absolutely useless. Used the rental for a week and out of courtesy I had it professionally cleaned by a valet before returning it especially because it was a white car. They sent me a stupid letter 2 weeks after returning the car that I scratched the alloy wheels which was a complete lie. Rang the number on the letter who had to clue what was going on and directed me to another extension that was also useless. At the end I was able to get hold of someone in the bath office after ringing for ages who then told me not to worry about the letter because when he checked photos of the car before they gave it to me the scratch was already there. So why did they try to blame it on me then, very suspicious. I know I was extremely careful driving the car so wasn't going to fall for it. Unprofessional staff who lack customer service. I used enterprise car after them who were a million times better and even a better car. Europ car Bath do not even deserve this 1 star at all. Avoid them for your own peace of mind.

Well started out by not having the seven seater we requested...which expensed us taxi fare for three of our children and their luggage 5hours later still no car...on going so i will futher update

They went the extra mile for me

My car broke down within the first hour. My local agent said "I knew that car was going to be a problem the moment I saw it." I ended up shortening the terms of my rental because of the state of the car. They charged me 283 pounds for 1/2 day of driving. The customer service wasn't helpful at all. I do not recommend this service.
