5/ 5

Really excellent customer service from everyone at the Portsmouth branch. I needed help with an unusual and complicated refund situation after an over-order that could very easily been rejected under normal circumstances. Instead of that, everyone, lead by manager Trevor could not have been more helpful in achieving a positive result - even though it involved lots of extra work for themselves. You really went the ‘extra mile’ for me and it’s very much appreciated. If only all businesses could be like you - thanks again guys.

Went in knowing what I wanted to do, but not the best way to do it. The guy was really knowledgeable and helpful. We looked at a few options then I bought what I needed. When I got home the job went really well. Good prices too...

Having never used this type of cladding before staff were very helpful in getting the correct items

5/ 5

Having never used this type of cladding before staff were very helpful in getting the correct items I needed. Over ordered on the cladding, phoned and arranged them to pick up, at no charge, the excess and went in the next day to get a refund Nothing was too much trouble, friendly and knowledgeable staff - well done Eurocell!!
