Complete waste of time. Went in on a Saturday morning and picked some shower wall panels. Gave my detail and was told by Steve we would get a quote by Monday. Took a sample with me. Monday came and went. No quote. Got to Wednesday and phoned Steve. Was told he couldn't quote me as I had the sample and he didn't know the product code. OK, so why not ring me on Monday and ask then? Sent a photo of the sample with code on it as i work office hours and couldn't return the sample. Was told I would get a quote the next day. Surprise surprise it didn't happen!!!,Went in to return the sample next Saturday and spoke to someone else in the store who told me Steve wasn't in and had done nothing with my quote. Wasn't even apologetic. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere m. Complete shambles!!! Zero customer service. Stay well clear of this company unless you want your times wasted. They obviously didn't want my business.
