Great staff. Come on Eurocell. Give your guys a chance to do a wonderful job. Your website told me there was ancient black decking in stock. Wasn't! I followed another customer who was trying to get black fascia and soffits. He thought they were in stock.. not the case. The staff were great. Explained situation that website didn't reflect actual stock levels because there isn't a modern system of stock control. Next thing.. guy turned up from Irvine branch of Eurocell. Hadn't had fascia nails delivered for weeks so was borrowing some from the Hillington Branch. You are tying great staff up in constantly chasing up inventory, calling customers to tell them orders are delayed, etc. Great staff let down by poor stock management systems.

Staff were 1st class asked for 2 samples and they obliged no problems.

Give your self plenty time service is very slow but stocked well.

A eurocell can with a plate similar to 'FL17 FGP' was driving erratically and swerving around the A74 and then proceeded to stick up what looked like a middle finger to my family and then applauding sarcastically when we overtook him. Never had business with Eurocell, and now I never will. Update - He now pulled alongside us and kept staring at us, what an arse.
