Euro Hotel; Adres: 1-7 Elm Rd, London, Wembley HA9 7JA 19/05/2021 I haven't had hot water in my bath

Euro Hotel; Adres: 1-7 Elm Rd, London, Wembley HA9 7JA 19/05/2021 I haven't had hot water in my bathroom for about a week. After my several telephone and personal interventions, both at the hotel reception and at the manager's, hot water appears for two three hours and then it is closed. Day before yesterday I was late for a very important visit to my cardiologist because I couldn't take a shower in the morning and get ready to leave. Today, I don't have hot water again and can't take a shower. I will be very grateful if this problem is solved. Best Regards, Henryk Bubczyk

Broken shower room door fittings, loose light fittings, greasy dirt on radiator, cobwebs on cupboard

1/ 5

Broken shower room door fittings, loose light fittings, greasy dirt on radiator, cobwebs on cupboard, and the window was disgusting. I spoke to the manager and he passed me to someone who came up with excuse after excuse as to why it hadn't been cleaned, rudely.
