Utterly useless. Delivered my van battery to the wrong address twice. After phoning them multiple times I managed to finally get it delivered to the right address. Don't know how they managed to do that. I am also owed a refund from a separate order which I canceled, coming up to 20 days ago now. I have been on the phone to them so many times now that Iv actually had to get a third party involved to sort their mess out. They cant have 2 brain cells to rub together.

Parking is very limited, could do with premises updating a little, but staff are helpful and usually have what you need.

Really helpful, told me which pads and discs I needed. Forgot to bring my card so they out them through on two contactless transactions. Got 40% in their sale too. Highly recommend.
