Good variety of items but prices are extortionate compared to actual prices. They offer promo codes all year round however it still works out higher than what you would pay for the same item in the high street. Staff at this branch are helpful however at times i have found myself waiting for a long time to be seen. I think if they had one more person collecting items instead of those at the tills it would save a lot of time.

I go here quite regularly for car parts, only problem is they're very slow at getting the queues down. Click and collect is a laugh. With all orders that are done on line you'd think they would pre-pick orders and place on the racking system. There's normally other staff walking about. Head office needs to get a system up and running where they have what you call runners, order picking. Especially on weekends.

Never using euro car parts again!! Supplied wrong side part twice 2 days running. Went to GSF, supplied correct part straight away. Spoke to the manager Darren who took my number and then blocked my number. What a ridiculous firm.

Very helpful and friendly service, I bought brake pads and disks. Unfortunately the rear pads were wrong, but there were 2 types listed. Even though it was not my local Euro Car Parts all I had to do is take them to my local and they were swapped for the right ones. (And yes they sell you the more expensive part listed. This is so you don't need extra money if you need to exchange.)
