Hannah and her team at Eterno are just lovely, friendly and very welcoming. They go out of their way to make your experience reIaxed and easy. I feel very safe attending Eterno, I am a health professional, so research any treatment in depth even before considering it. All treatments are explained fully and carried out under high standards of hygiene and professional practice. Hannah's skills are remarkable and it is really encouraging to hear all about her ongoing training in all new aspects of aesthetics and her willingness to share this information and bring the procedures to her clients. I would never go anywhere else!

There is always such a lovely warm welcome by Natalie. Hannah is also very professional and puts you completely at ease. I would not go anywhere else. The clinic is also very clean and modern. Hannah always has the knowledge about new products and ensures you are happy with the procedures. The aftercare advice is clear and helpful. Eterno Aesthetics are easy to contact after treatments too. After my first appointment I found this really helpful. Looking forward to my next appointment.

It has only been 1 day since i had my treatment (lip filler) and i love the results already, i have had minimal swelling and no bruising and have been complimented by family members who have said how natural my lips look. The consultation process with Hannah was thorough and she explained every detail of the treatment to me. Hannah was able to answer any questions i had. She made sure i was comfortable before going ahead with the treatment which put me at ease! I’d also like to say that Natalie the clinic coordinator was also lovely ☺️, and that i will be back in the future to have a top up !

After Eterno Aesthetics was recommended by multiple friends and family, I booked a skin care consultation with Hannah and was extremely impressed! Hannah is really lovely, personal and looks to find a tailored treatment plan that is perfect for you. We had a good half an hour conversation in which she asked me about what results I wanted to achieve, completed an assessment of my skin, and discussed what products and treatments were available. I felt she was extremely knowledgeable and confident in benefits of the Zo Skin Health products. I went for the basic cleanser, exfoliating and toner kit - which also included sulfar mask. So far been really happy with the results ! Feel like my skin has never felt this clean and smooth before. Would highly recommend! Xx

Popped in yesterday for the cryo pen treatment for a pigment mark . Felt very comfortable with the level of care taken before my treatment even started . Clinic is very clean and all staff were very friendly and welcoming . The treatment was quick and everything was explained to me patiently and I felt very informed . I’m hoping to go back soon for my next treatment very soon . Thank you to everyone for such a lovely welcome .

Hannah and Natalie are both so friendly and accommodating, the clinic itself is beautifully clean and they are both very professional in everything they do. I've been having my botox here for about 18 months now and yesterday had the plumping Prophilo treatment, waiting on results but am sure I shall be the best version of me soon

Had my lips done by Natalie 0.5ml first time, they look lovely and she was really friendly. Katy was really lovely too. Professional clinic with qualified nurses. Will be coming back here for further face treatments and filler.

I had my lips dissolved with Hannah around a year ago after a bad experience with other clinics. I loved my results but wanted a top up of 0.5ml juverderm. Im already loving the results and could not recommend the clinic enough, so much experience, friendly and everyone there is very professional thank you for making me feel so calm and relaxed especially after having previous bad experiences.❤️
