The worst massage ever had. Feet and hands not covered. Towel too small. Bed touching door no room for the therapist to move. Whole body not covered properly. I am a therapist myself and no way is the therapist trained in deep tissue or aromatherapy massage

I have been going to essential beauty for about 4 years, I have had facials, manicures and lashes. My skin has changed drastically, I am more confident and love myself more ever since I’ve been going to them . They not only care about your skin but you as a person and what works for you They only use the best quality products for their customers, I have recommended a lot of my friends and I think they are the best at what they do. I would say they are the best in Ealing as I have tried a lot of places before I found essential beauty.

I had a teen facial it was nice and had calming music. I kind of wished it would be a bit longer than half an hour. Altogether lovely spa with good costumer service and quite easy to find.

I booked a pregnancy massage which came with a package of facial and head massage with oil. The lady who did my massage was too scared to give me a proper massage as I was pregnant. Eventhought i was in my second trimester. They refused to give me a back massage and only had one side of my legs massage and arms, the head massage was terrible not what I was expecting she clearly didn't know how to give a head massage. The facial was a mini express one and I kept looking up at the therapist who was falling asleep she given me the treatment. I was given a damp and cold towel to cover my body which had stains on it. It doesn't cost that much to get new towels and to dry them properly. I was so looking forward to this pampering session but was very disappointment. I would definitely not got back.

What a wonderful therapist and what a great salon! I had an excellent pedicure today and the owner went out of her way to help me prepare my feet for a holiday. Thank you so much! Excellent pedicure - I can't recommend this salon more.

Have been to so many places for facial treatments but by far this one place has to be my favourite. I fount Essencle beauty while i was out for a normal everyday walk. Thought to give it a try 4 yrs ago and ever since than never looked back. Ever since than i have gained confidence in them as they have good knowledge of my skin and what treatment I require. I do highly recommend this place to people.

I have been coming to Essential Beauty for 7 years now. 7 years ago my skin was very bad and since I’ve been having continuous facials at essential beauty and my skin has transformed and is better than ever. Essential Beauty are all experts in skincare, they are incredibly knowledgeable on skin and have numerous facials tailored to your skin. Every time I attend, the staff analyse my skin and recommend a facial according to the current state of the skin. My popular go to facials that I always get and would recommend for acne prone combination skin is oxygen facial, radiance facial and the sonopeel. I cannot praise them enough, always a professional, friendly and relaxing experience. They educate you on your skin and have high quality products and equipment to cater to provide a variety of services. They are definitely skin experts and would highly recommend them.

This is a really top notch clinic which can be compared or even exceed my experiences at some Harley street clinics. My results were amazing from my first treatment. I have definitely noticed lots of improvements. I would definitely recommend it.
