I have been going to Esse for many years, even now I rarely ever have the same therapist twice. The staff have always been welcoming and polite but over the last few months I have found an increasing rudeness esp on the phone. Three separate occasions I called and the receiver was not all interested in my experience or what I had to say. Given the very high prices, better service would go a long way. Dont rush people off the phone when they are spending loads of money with you, it's important to understand their preferences to improve service!

A lovely independent boutique, with everything from clothes to beauty. I've eaten a few times in the chic courtyard out the back, great vibes in summer and very delicious organic food. It really is a full experience at Esse - the staff are wonderful, warm and welcoming. Perfect for a girls afternoon or some self-love! The best facial I've ever had - would highly recommend the Neom distress with Charlie. Can't wait to come back for some treatments and then enjoy a glass of fizz in the courtyard!! x
