Really pleased with the help from Megan at the Earnest Jones store at Buchanan Gallaries. I ‘lost’ an item after handing it in to the Stirling store which unfortunately closed due to COVID and Megan found it and posted it off to me. Very Happy. Thanks so much Megan! Tony
