I went to the Grand Arcade Store in Cambridge today, to see whether a broken engagement ring could be repaired under my three year cover. I was served by Richard (the Store Manager), whose customer service was second to none from the word go. He was kind & enormously helpful. He spoke to the insurance company & arranged for my engagement ring to be replaced. I was also hoping to get my Wedding Ring re-sized. Richard informed me of a new, pay monthly insurance that they have just started which includes a free gift after three months of a free ring re-size! So I shall be returning to get my Wedding Ring done in three months time! Wonderful customer service with a smile! Will be recommending to everyone! THANK YOU Richard! Xx

Excellent service and selection. I went in recently to purchase an engagement ring, we had no idea what we were doing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We left with a gorgeous ring that I love. The attention to detail and kindness of the staff will be a reason for us to return for more in the future.
