No patient care whatsoever. Took 19 month old daughter down with a very high temperature on an emergency appointment, told that we had the next slot 17:10 and we were eventually seen at 17:45 which by that time my daughter was almost asleep on me in just her nappy. Never do my fathers repeat prescriptions correct as he is always missing items that he has asked for.

Doctors constantly leaving. One permanent GP appointments ridiculous. Understanding and consideration of patients special needs on phones and during appointnents with some is disgusting, doctor's can run an hour late but your hurried up in your own appointment as "you only have 10 mins"

Service is s joke, neighbour needed cancer pain killers. They couldn't decide who could sign the prescription ended up going to A&E for her med's 5 days later they eventually decided. Making appointment for wife is a joke. This is the faulty tower of doctors surgeries. I have moved to a different surgery so as to get service when needed.

Only giving a 1 star because I can't give any less. They've messed me around repeatedly so bad. Today they said they would phone me and I've waited all day only to find out it's now shut for the day and no one bothered getting in contact with me. So now I have to go through the whole process again tomorrow. Just found out that they didn't even put a note down to call me back. Another day has been wasted. The online e consult is not fit for purpose, if you do get phoned back it might not even be a doctor you talk to and in the end its wasting everyone's time. There is no excuse for not seeing people in person. Even with Covid, you can still safely see patients. If people can go to concerts then why can't they get appointments at their GP?

Absolutely shocking! Was told I would receive a call back from the GP as the link I was sent for push doctor didn’t work. Called the surgery today to be told I’m not in the list and I won’t be getting a call! Then told to call 111 if I want antibiotics! Wtaf?? The NHS is under severe pressure, I go through all the proper channels to speak to my GP to get told call 111. Shame on you Ernesettle.

I gave one star as you cannot give zero stars. Since this surgery has become part of the Mayflower Medical Group the quality of care has become almost obsolete. Patients of this surgery can never speak to anyone there and getting any kind of appointment is virtually impossible. It is all controlled via the 'hub' at Stirling Road which are overwhelmed and under staffed. As for the e-consult, complete and utter waste of time. The question are so generic and lacking real medical content that you either get absolutely nowhere or you're told to contact your surgery which as already stated is an impossibility. I have family who are patients of this surgery and have complicated medical needs and their health suffers greatly especially increased by the stress of not being able to contact the surgery and constant problems with prescriptions and missing medication. Disappointed is nowhere near how we feel about it all.

Have spent approximately 6 hours on the phone in the last 2 days trying to cancel an appointment. Absolutely ludicrous the time spent waiting and still no answer. No wonder there are so many missed appointments.
