Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Salford Quays manchester

After having an absolute nightmare with europcar overcharging and misleading me when my mum passed away I thought I’d give enterprise a go based on their online reviews. Pricing was clear and transparent and the staff arranged a car for me within a few hours and were super helpful. My return took less than 5 minutes and there was no issues, wouldn’t use any other company in the future.

Great staff. No faffing around with background checks. Offered me a lift when i dropped the car off. Good quality vehicle and excellent value. Highly recommend!

Alex gave such incredible customer service to me when I received a rental car when my car was info repair at the garage. He greated me with a fantastic smile and was so friendly and charming that I can’t wait for when I have to rent a car again so I can go back and receive such amazing customer service. Definitely would recommend this brand and their staff to anyone.

The stuff are lovely and helpfull, the vehicles are good too. All went well. I JUST didn't like the false pick up service. As I am 3 minutes away of the local branch and the guy told me that they don't do pick up from my area while his colleague said that it was ok the day before.

I've been using Enterprise for a few years and now they said my debit card details cannot pass their new security check. Absolutely ridiculous system as I've got a perfect credit score and I've using the same card and account for renting car at Enterprise for years. Utterly disappointed, and sad to say bye to this company. (reply to your reply: You have my name and your system has all my details already as I've been a customer at this branch for years. Now my debit card "cannot" pass your security check and your staff cannot proceed with the rental I need even you've charged me and sent me email confirmation. I've rented car elsewhere to complete my tasks and I won't waste time to wait for your "looking into the issue", it is pointless.)

I've used Enterprise a few times and the cars are always fine. I was happy with the car they provided. What put me off on this occasion was the rather pushy upselling. I said I didn't want the extra insurance, as I see it as poor value for money. When I first tried to refuse this, the staff asked me to explain my reasoning. I was challenged and the staff tried to make it seem like I was taking unnecessary risks using the standard insurance, which I've always been happy with. Trying to push people into extra services may help Enterprise make more money but isn't good customer service. I won't return.

It was ok .but need more staff to help that poor girl. She was brilliant. Give her a nice pay rise.

Nice place to rent car quick service in-out I highly recommended with no hesitation however, the state of car in spite of the plate 70 which I had rented out was as if I'd drove car at least 30 years old-this nature renting cars nobody give a dam about driving carefully or so.
