Excellent service they picked us up and dropped us off when we returned the van

Would never use Enterprise ever again... I have rented from Enterprise for years and never had any trouble booking by phone or using the app until I came to work in Manchester. Rented from Oswestry (fantastic service), Poole Dorset, Chelsmford Essex, Exeter, Derby. I was told that when they checked the electoral roll for my house in Dorset my check “failed”... on what grounds they would not say.. I phoned my local council to confirm I was actually on the electoral roll which I was and could even give Enterprise Salford my roll number. As an ex serviceman and full time worker I feel that the service I have received from this branch is not only unprofessional but after phone calls from the assistant manager and the manger of this branch, the service showed a level of ineptitude that borders on the imbecilic.... certainly more training in customer service and professionalism desperately needed here.... even when I booked again through the app I was refused with no other explanation.

Staff were informative, professional and friendly. Price for a van for the day for moving house was excellent compared to most and even cheaper than the local company I had used in the past. First time I've used them and I would definitely use them again.

Small unit but staff helpful and friendly.

Really poor on times. Waited a week from having an accident to receiving the vehicle then was allocated a two door when specifically specified needed a 5 door, another 3 days got an SUV, covered in brown hairs and mud foot prints, electrics not working on electric seat so had to drive bolt upright for days . Informed them ready to give back today....told me would be here between 9am and 1pm. They called at 1:40 to say on way advised I had left they then arranged for between 1:45 and 2:45. Still sat here at 15:40 like a dummy. Not a cool experience guys not in my line of work :(
