Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Pontypridd cardiff

Just can’t give this company enough stars! I hired a van today to move some garden waste and bricks to the tip, it was just so easy and price was wonderful,Harry a lovely young man, picked me up from house and brought me home all for the price of £34 unbelievable! After last week going to Pontyclun van hire who wonted to go through my bank details all because I hadn’t taken a utility bill with me,this company only needed your credit card and driving license and away you go.....I shall certainly recommend them to everyone.thank you, for making job so easy

After seeing the devastation my sister Caroline Harris and her family have been through over the last few days,with one of your employees directly killing her beloved cat daisy ,by using one of your company cars to run her over. Your employee drove on the wrong side of the road and even accelerated. How your company can employ a person like that is unbelievable. This is not going to go away until you do the decent thing.

An employee has been caught on CCTV clearly running over a beloved cat. The worst thing about this footage is that he really does seem to purposely use the wrong side of the road where the cat is sitting and has a long time of clear view to avoid the animal. Enterprise confirmed this is one of their drivers. The footage makes me want to be sick, I cannot fathom any human being doing this and it appears that many other reviewers feel the same way. The Cat was pure white, It seems Impossible to miss this beautiful animal on the dark tarmac.

Used twice in the last month for a house move, staff were very professional and friendly both times. The second rental was last minute (same day) and they had to get a van from the Cardiff branch, but this only delayed me picking it up by an hour or so, which was not a problem, and was clearly explained straight away. They offered me a lift back once I had dropped the van off too, which was a very nice touch.

Absolutely disgusting how you liars can support your employee who drove on the wrong side of the road to deliberately hit a beautiful loved family pet! If he 'didn't see her' as he claimed, then he clearly shouldn't be driving! (On either side of the road). You not only told multiple lies to her owner, you lied to the press and changed your story at least twice! Where's our public apology?

The staff were friendly and the car was waiting for me. Really surprised at the level of equipment on the car. When I took it back they took me back to my house. It's nice to be treated like a customer not an inconvenience. I would recommend them.

Couldn't fault these guys really can't! Been helpful all throughout the process and keeping me up to date with what's happening! Would recommend!

Very happy with the friendly staff and help provided in getting a van for my house move. I had been to another car rental place close by who refused to give me a van as my driving licence issue date was less than 2 years, but no such issues with enterprise pontypridd branch. The van was in a very good condition too and no problems with returning the van either. My deposit was returned back in a few days too, will happily rent from enterprise again 😀

Great service, was on the van and away in less than 5 minutes... Staff really pleasant

Great van, great customer service, everything was simple from start to finish, and absolutely over the moon they didn't Try ripping us, the infant were very helpful considering our situation
