Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Paisley glasgow

My insurance company put me through to this branch for a courtesy car. From the day 1 they have been fantastic. The staff were so lovely and everything was all so quick and easy to sort. Had my courtesy car the next day. A lovely young man picked me up to collect it. Once my own car was fixed I called them to return the car and a lovely gentleman Graeme drove me home. I could not fault this company at all. Made such a stressful time so much smoother and such a wonderful experience. Thank you very much guys

The staff here was friendly and very helpful. I had a bad experience with a competitor next door and after deciding I didn't want to be scammed I walked next door to Enterprise and even after paying double what I originally thought I would on this trip I feel like I was treated with respect and not as prey. I would recommend not only Enterprise as a company but this branch specifically.

Very helpful needed a car quickly and they were amazing.

I recently had to hire a car from Enterprise in Paisley. On arriving at the branch I was shown round the car (Hyundi Tucson), and was highlighted that there was damage to the back bumper of the car. The chap (I forget his name) had advised me that they were aware of the existing damage. The chap had spoken to his manager about it and confirmed to me that it was known damage. Upon the car being picked up, the girl who came to collect the car had noticed the damage on the bumper, I had advised her that it was existing damage, and it was not caused by me. The girl didnt appear to believe me and carried on with her checks. I assumed that it would have all been cleared up once they got back to the office and had spoken to the chap who conducted the original checks. I could believe the voicemail I received a few days later (5 min before their closing time) accusing me of causing the damage, and that they had (without my knowlege) tried to take the money from my account, and that I was to call them back on Monday to pay for the "existing" damage! NOT HAPPENING! I am completely disgusted at the service I have received from Enterprise Paisley, and have been stressed about the whole situation. If the staff had been more thorough with their paperwork and communicate with one another, we would not have been in this position and I would not have to take time out of my day off to write this review!

As I always find with Enterprise, the staff members were helpful and friendly. This was a drop-off only and I received a refund for an unused day, which I did not expect but was pleased about.

avoid at all cost dont maintain there cars or do safety checks currently have a Nissan qashqai as a courtesy car at the moment and its come up on the dash oil level low when phoned to let tell them know there was a issue they tried to tell me its probably just had a service and just needs reset and the could guarantee me that there would be plenty of oil in it so i let the car cool down opened the bonnet checked the oil it was at minimum coolant level also at minimum so was the brake fluid level i have took videos and plenty of pictures as evidence but I have been reassured from enterprise paisley that the car had all its fluids checked before hire when they haven't been checked for a long time so iam now sitting with a car I can not use due to the issues

They are telling you to buy additional insurance. If you get chip on the windscreen that will cost you 500 quid excess. If somebody is going drive into your back - 500 quid excess. If somebody is going drive into your back and you get chip on the windscreen- 1000 pounds excess. You will pay for car rent and probably additional insurance
