Really helpful. From initial phonecall confirming rental, to showing me round car and ensuring I was comfortable. Easy and pleasant.

When I booked the car I told them to collect from my work between 3-5. I called as it was almost 5pm to ask where they were and they told me they needed a 2 hour window to collect (which I gave them at the start) and were quite short with me on the phone. I told them the car was currently in my work underground car park so they’d need to collect before I finished at 5pm but they said they wouldn’t be able to and that I’d need to take the car home with me. They said they would collect that evening or the following day but didn’t specify when. Spent my whole evening in the house as I couldn’t leave in case they arrived. Call the next morning saying they will collect. I asked if they could come at midday but they said they close at 12. They said latest slot could be between 11-12 so I said I would leave a class I go to early to be there for them. It’s almost half 12 and still no sign! Left my class 45 minutes early for them - really inconvenient and a waste of a lot of my weekend so far!

Absolutely appalling customer service - cocky arrogant and down right rude staff answering the phone talking to you like dirt… I suggest u don’t “party” if u got work the next day mate, that weren’t mucus blocking your sinuses, narm sayen…

worst service I have ever had, airless tires, could not be inflated. Besides the screen marked all the time that the car needed an oil refill
