Needed automatic car to go to funeral. Was picked up from my home at time arranged, taken to office where paperwork done efficiently then got upgrade on vehicle size for no extra cost as smaller one not available. Got brand new vehicle which was lovely. Also got lift home when I returned car. Rates reasonable, staff helpful.

I received a courtesy car from Enterprise whilst my vehicle was being repaired. The car I was given stank of cigarettes and had no fuel in the tank. Having raised this with the customer services team, I was offered a 'good will gesture' which would take the form of a cheque to be posted to me. After nearly two months this had not arrived. After chasing, I was told that I would receive a BACS payment. This has still not been received. This branch of Enterprise presents a thin veneer of customer service which in reality masks a total disregard for the people they work with. I would now actively avoid using Enterprise and would choose to pay more to use another firm than engage with this organisation again.

After two mishaps enterprise made it right. Often you can rate a business on what happens after something goes wrong, mistakes can happen, this branch of enterprise quickly and professionally resolved problems both times with minimal fuss. Kyle in particular was extremely helpful but so were all the staff I spoke to. The only feedback would be that cars could be handed over a little cleaner windows, especially during winter months.

Returned my rented car back to enterprise, and my daughter had left her lenovo tab in the back seat of the car which we completely forgot, I contacted Enterprise (LS12 , Gelderd road, Leeds) as soon as I remembered, this was less than 24 hours after I dropped the car off, and one of the staff had stolen the tablet, gone just like that! I've also called and staff has promised to get back to me but all lies with no feedback. I would normally not do a review but this is so painful because it was my daughter's birthday present that was stolen. Shameful from a so called reputable company

Hire a new 70 plate sprinter, excellent value and excellent professional service. Visit Enterprise for all your vans and car hire, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy guys

Waste of my time and money. I guess if its a booking via AA they don’t really care anyway. Told me to come after work at 5pm as they would have an auto ready for me.. arrive and then be told they don’t have what I wanted lol..£30 uber trip home and same again in the morning just to get to work. Fantastic service guys. Keep it up
