Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Glasgow Airport glasgow

We've used this car rental location twice in the last two years. While not the cheapest prices compared to some other rental companies in the area they are honest and reliable. The staff was helpful, the cars were clean, and on return there were no hassles or surprises. I'd pay a little more for that!

Very good rental experience I was given a free upgrade to a bigger vehicle and service was great all round.

We had a great experience at both pick up and drop off with a bright young employee called Shannon. There was also a trainee, Charlotte, who was working when we picked up our car and she was fantastic too. This is the second time in the last couple of months that I have used Enterprise while travelling and have really noticed a lift in their service and customer relations. Thanks again to Shannon for an excellent beginning and end to our trip!

Be sure to watch the signs as you make your way to the drops location. We missed a turn at the roundabout and had to leave the airport completely and come back. Once we were there, it was easy to return the vehicle. Great customer service, nice attendant, no problems at all! Helped us locate out hotel since we didn't know the area.

Would like to personally thank Shannon for her professionalism and courteous manner. Her sense of humour and approach made the difference to the whole Enterprise experience. I hope you can find more staff like her to grace the front reception. 5 Star!

Desk was closed when the hours stated they would be open. Was charged for an extra days rental and customer service have not responded to any queries in 3+ weeks, despite multiple emails and phone calls. Very disappointed.

Pretty useless if your flight is the first of the morning or the last one at night as they're shut, have no key drop box and won't leave keys after (their) hours. Despite that being acceptable in other airports, such as Newcastle for example. Or Manchester. Poor.

Great service and supplied a very nice car

Had to use Enterprise through my insurance when a lunatic in a dacia sandero decided to wrote my car off. I must say the customer service was excellent and the grade of vehicle was to a high standard. Keep u the good work guys.
