The staff are very friendly and my car was ready on time. The checkout process was easy and thorough. I purchased the commission damage waiver although I was never pressured into buying it. Great customer experience.

I booked a car through Expedia at the last moment . Since I booked it after the store was closed it took 3 hours to arrange for the car for us as it was automatic . They did their best . Really friendly .

We booked car with confirmation than planned our day. had a phone call saying they don't have any available car.very disappointed☹️

Professional and friendly service. Good prices. The additional damage waiver lowers the excess from 1000£ to 100£ and not to zero. This information was not shown at the online reservation. Remember to do a detailed inspection of the car before signing the contract!

Do not use! Please save yourself the stress and anxiety so many people end up suffering after using these clowns! Simply by hiring you enter a contract which puts you at the mercy of their damage recovery department. Repairs are wildly overcharged for in their corrupt system - A repair billed at 5 hours apparently left the vehicle in the bodyshop (with an off the road rental to be paid) for 7 days! The cost price of paint for materials alone to spray one panel is charged at £360! Absolute criminals using bully tactics. Please please avoid!
