Recently, I hired a car to visit London. Firstly my reservation moved from Stockport to Didsbury. They brought me Vaxhaul Corsa whereas my booking was for the category of FordFocus or similar Compact. They told me they do not have car available which totally unexpected from a big rental agency like Enterprise. The person started to argue with me that 'Corsa has large boot', 'they don't guarantee car model' etc.
From didsbury they took me to Urmston office to give me V. ASTRA, which they said the only car available. They kept me waiting about an hour there to clean the car and everything. As a whole I lost 2 hours to pickup the car.
Apparently the car was quite dirty inside, but I did not have any choice. The rental agreement they made was having wrong price mentioned, I had to call to fix that. I bought break-down-cover assist, but they forgot to send that information. I had to call them to get that. Not satisfied with:
- Vehicle allocation
- Customer service
Very frustrating experience from a company like Enterprise.
