Undoubtedly the best rental company I've used to date (and I've used a few). Easy to book and no fuss pick up, with both Enterprise employees I dealt with really helpful and polite. Quick and easy drop off and received my deposit back within 1-2 working days. Top quality motors too. Definitely use again.

Car 1h late although booked in advance. Service ok- very much dependant on the staff member (some very kind some borderline rude). Cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

One star... Because no option for less. My daughter has waited for 2.5 hours so far for a car. They sent her off in one, decided it was too good for her, then called her back!!!! Shocking service, no cars available, how!!! Like a supermarket with no food!!

Quick response when van was broken hire van for a week until mine was done

Needed my car for work more than ever during the Covid Pandemic but unfortunately it completely blew up on me. Needed a car asap while it was being repaired and Enterprise were so helpful in sorting this for me. I've never rented a car before so was a bit lost with the process but the gentleman was so friendly and explained everything clearly. Brilliant service all round.
