Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Brighton brighton

Just wanted to say how impressed we have been with our experience of the Brighton branch. Everyone has been so helpful and professional and our main contact Barbara has been amazing. The team have gone out of their way to make sure we had a car that was suitable for my disabled wife, swapping them over 4 times in the end, until we found one that was the most comfortable for her. Barbara even went above and beyond one day when I was working until 6 so could not pick up the new car before they closed as she drove the car home to her house and then brought it round to us when I was home. As my wife had found the car we had before to be very uncomfortable, she was very appreciative of this kind gesture as we had a long journey the next day to take her for a hospital appointment. Thank you Enterprise Brighton.

You guys are absolute crooks. Hire out a van with no spare wheel. The rear tyre then bursts on the van, almost causing a vehicle crash. Then you take £500!!!!!! Off the customer. Absolutely outrageous service I don't know how you can sleep at night. Karma will get you.

The staff friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I will certainly use them next time I'm in Brighton. Three return street directions were a bit odd, but all went well after a little detour.

Female staff member was really friendly. However, I felt panicked when she pointed out a dent in the petrol cap cover. This hadn't been documented on the pick up location in Lee, London. A quick phone call from me to the Lee branch quickly rectified this.

Quick check in and check out. They covered all the bases and explained the vehicle really well before I set off. The vehicle was the same model I had booked, not just the same category. The lady I saw was very down to earth and upfront which I appreciated. Same lady checked out and she was super quick. I'd rent here again... although I was renting a van to move out of Brighton so I guess unlikely I'll actually go back. But I totally /would/ if I needed a rental in Brighton.

The experience from start to finish was incredible! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, it was a sheer joy and pleasure to work with this branch. If you need a rental this branch is well worth looking into.
