The staff at this branch ( sticker lane) are professional, helpful & polite. Would definitely use this firm again. Be aware that the price quoted is with a large excess, so you need to pay extra to avoid.

They gave me a car as soon as i set off i stopped and told them this car is faulty one staff member came out and said the clutch is like this on this particular model and its a new car nothing can be wrong with it on the drive home car turns off engine management light on so waited till morning to tell them whats gone on as they were closing up as soon as i left the guy on the phone says this car has just come out of garage with a few faults why give it out to me does not make sense at all would never use enterprise again waste of time and staff are not helpful just wanted me out of that yard so they can close up Also no fuel in car car was totally empty range light flashing and i ask a member of staff what happens if it runs out of fuel on the way to the petrol station it wont don't worry about it mate just no care given why would you let a car go right to the last drop of fuel anyway that’s maybe why its got so many issues If you ever do get a car and have no choice to use this branch be a bit cautious

I made a last booking for a hire, an I didn't expect much. However Qasim, Arooj and the staff at sticker lane branch went beyond their duties and out of their way. They worked overtime and provided a service which represents professionalism and dedication. They deserve to be recognised as a team who will go the extra mile for their customer.
