Great price for van hire, fabulous staff. Van could have been newer but there was nothing wrong with it. Suggestion: if wet weather predicted, show customers where windscreen wiper control is - I never did Sus it out properly :)

I had a great experience at thr Enterprise Rent in Bath. I'm not a good at English. So, I had to ask and check the contract several times. However, Kieran was not irritated but kindly explained many times. I recommended Kieran. I am willing to visit again because of his kindness.

Got given a 'special' car, not the one we'd picked when we arrived. Told it was brand new no need to go around it. Had it for two days took one trip. Parked it on one grass verge. On return the guy goes straight out and doesn't look at anything else but finds a chunk out of one of the tires. Of course our fault for not checking in the first place. Or believing it was brand new. Luckily we had our own insurance. I would advise to avoid these guys but they are probably all as bad as each other. Just the way the said it with such straight faces was so disconcerting.

Massive thank You for your help yesterday. Broke down in my own vehicle outside Enterprise, swiftly found my a car, an I was on my way again. Also thanks for dealing With RAC recovery of my Vehicle. Rob L

Large range of the latest cars and vans to hire. Easy to find on the lower Bristol rd in Bath.

Good service given. Car was presented with bird poo all over wind screen however inside was clean and tidy.

Charged £172 for a £10 repair. I returned a Ford Transit with a cracked wing mirror. Only the glass was cracked and upon returning the van I showed the damaged to a member of staff. I also mentioned that I’d found replacement parts online for £4.99. I was assured that it was only a minor repair and shouldn’t cost more than “£20-30” which considering time required etc I was happy to sign off for. Only the glass was damaged, not the body. 6 weeks later I have been charged £172 for the repair. Being £85 for the glass, £50 for an ‘admin fee’ and £37 for ‘loss of use’. Every part of this charge is highly inflated and above all its not something I would have knowingly approved. I was quoted £20 and charged £170! I have called to complain about this but been told very dismissively “There’s nothing you can do about it”. Terrible service from a company I used regularly. I won’t be returning again. Should also, add. I paid for extra cover for 'All glass'. This doesn't include wing mirrors apparently..... not sure what they are made of if it isn't glass?
