Amazing customer service. Used these guys everytime my merc breaks down, cannot fault them at all. Mainly dealt with Jordan who was amazing. Got a land rover discovery and then an i10 on last few hires. Just the best service

These guys have always been really helpful with any bookings I have made here. Cars are in good condition, well maintained. Never had any issues, staff always helpful. And they usually have some free sweets in reception (go sherbet lemon's)

Recently I was involved in an accident and Enterprise Altrincham was chosen as the provider for the courtesy car. I've been called on the same day as the claim was filed and been asked if I could drive a manual/automatic and then it was arranged that on the day my car will be taken to the garage somebody will pick me up from home and take me to their office where a few details will be taken and then I'll be on the way. A similar class and equipped car (automatic, sat-nav, cruise-control, front-assist) was provided. I've been shown the controls, agreed on the insurance details and I was on the way. On the day my car was delivered from the garage I took the car back and after a quick inspection all was done and was offered a ride back home. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Before buying my car, I used to rent cars often, but kept avoiding Enterprise because of some not so positive reviews. However, with my recent experience, I can say that this will change and will happily consider them. I was impressed by the service. In addition, also by the fact that they are offering numerous students internships and the ones I dealt with were cheerful and courteous. Kudos to all for the service and Merry Christmas!

Muppets! Unfortunately my insurance company uses them but given the choice I'd strongly recommend AVOIDING them like the plague! They are clueless when it comes to customer service!

Update. Ive already given a 5* review but have to reiterate the amazing service I had from Aaron on the most recent rental I took out. Issues out of the control of the staff (late returning vehicle that I was due to take) and purely for my inconvenience I was properly looked after to take care of it. Excellent branch manager and all employees are the highest standard of service. Great experience. Upgraded my car for me at a very fair price and this meant I didn't leave the forecourt in a car that didn't suit my needs and expectations. Declan was amazing to deal with and has ensured my loyalty to enterprise going forward
