Everything from the booking to the collection of the vehicle couldn't have been easier. Friendly staff who ensured that I was happy with the arrangements and vehicle before setting off. A follow up call the next day to check I was happy with the vehicle is another example of the customer focus and care this company clearly strives for.

If you want to see excellent customer service, Go and see Ken and the team at Urmston. I, a NHS key worker, was stranded in an unknown area and the team were great. Lovely car, nice and clean and Ken was top! Very professional and excellent in his manner. Funny accent and please tell young man. Loved my experience and would HIGHLY recommended. Easy to return too, me and my partner had to leave a review! Keep up the great work!

By far the best and most professional car rental Enterprise branch I have used in the last few years. I had a great experience with the Urmston branch from the point of collecting the car to when returning it. Extremely happy with the quick process, efficient service and friendly staff. Everything was clear and easy to navigate & great communication. Will be using again for sure, also a big thank you to branch manager Tom as he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Afzaal.

I recently rented a Luton Van with tail lift to use over the weekend from the Urmston branch which is in Manchester. Unfortunately I caught the side of the van with a surface scratch that took away the paint. Being a private hire I decided not to take the excess waiver and when I returned the van on the Monday was asked to leave a deposit of £1,150.00 which is correct for their terms and conditions. The Branch Manager inspected the scratch and said it would be a couple of hundred pounds which I thought was fair. To cut a long story short the van was returned 14th June and after a lot of chasing the van was to have been repaired by a mobile paint company on the 1st July, which I was told he could not carry out for lack of a ladder. That it was to be sorted the following day. To my shock the next day I was informed the scratch now cost £1000 to repair. Having taken photographs I approached a local garage that are authorised to paint commercial vehicles and was told £300 as it was 'a surface' scratch. I have emailed the Managing Director, Area Manager, Branch Manager and was told there was a lot more damage. I have photographs of the actual damage and this is not a £1000 repair, I have been told the glass fibre had been damaged but it is a surface scratch, I would like your feedback on 'When does a £300 turn into a £1000 repair'
