From the moment you walk through the door at Enliven Saunas you feel so calm and at ease. Jill is so warm and friendly and it is just the best atmosphere. There is beautiful calming music, with salt lamps and essential oils. Stepping into the sauna is so relaxing, you honestly leave feeling so light and like a huge weight has been lifted off your shoulders. Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s the ultimate stop to treat your mind and body!

Enliven is a wonderfully relaxing place to visit, my go to every time I am feeling stiff and sore or need to unwind. Jill is very friendly and welcoming and the vibe is always lovely. As someone with arthritis I love the three person sauna to warm up my joints and stretch/do a little yoga. Highly recommended.
