Prior to massage was feeling quite good ,although had some tightness to which i didn’t declare!!! Having had many Massages in past thought I would try Energise Massage. Having been asked about any areas requiring attention,I replied none just full body please.(hoping the Massuer would find problem areas) The Massuer certainly found the tightness areas & worked thru with very skilful technique. Knowingly this comes with training & experience. Excellent massage I shall return. Great experience & feeling fantastic. Recommend. Thanks so much.

I won't be returning. I requested a 30 minute dry head, neck, and shoulder massage as listed on the menu. The masseuse advised that I had to do the massage with oil and she wouldn't be able to use the dry technique on my shoulders. I told her that I'd previously had an allergic reaction to the oil and just wanted a dry massage, noting that I was happy to just have my head and neck done. The masseuse agreed but then put lotion on my neck and shoulders without warning. I didn't say anything to her as my skin didn't react, but she continually commented 'See? This is why you need oil. Do you understand what I'm telling you?' in a rude tone. She ended up using the whole 30 minutes on my shoulders and didn't touch my head or neck. During the 30 minutes, she answered the phone several times and took payments for other customers. I doubt I'd even recieved 20 of the stipulated 30 minutes. Lastly, despite state laws requiring the use of facemasks for COVID, the masseuse remained maskless for the entirety of my visit. I absolutely would never go back there. Edit: This occurred at the Albury location.

Walked in with myself and my partner, was told we can come back in 3 hours. Then was told for two people we need to make a booking…at no point on the front of the shop or their pamphlets does it say “appointments required for two or more”? Will not be returning to this kind of poor business ethic.
