Fab gym! You are made to feel welcome and comfortable enough to ask for help. The staff are extremely helpful, especially James who showed me how to use almost everything. The gym is spotless and everyone mucks in to keep it that way! They have the latest equipment and awesome classes! If you are looking for a gym purely to work out in, where you feel comfortable and which has a friendly atmosphere... Then this is the gym for you! I hated gyms until I joined Energie Fitness Cardiff!

My first day at the gym was made to make me feel at ease. I was shown around the gym and guided on how to use the machines and the weights. I had a try while the gym person was there and was given instructions on how to use the equipment. I was also introduced to the fitness instructors if I wished to have 1:1 training. There is also classes that I started which are face to face and very engaging. The staff are very professional and very approachable. Very good gym, the equipment is available to train all the body. It is a clean gym. I would recommend to anyone.

Great gym, fantastic equipment. Always clean and tidy, great staff friendly and approachable with great knowledge if ever looking for advice. Best gym I've been too in a long time. Highly recommended.

Best gym in Cardiff. Friendly staff, very clean and new equipment. Great atmosphere, much easier to get onto equipment than it is at most other gyms I tried in Cardiff.
