There are so many issues with this gym it's hard to know where to start. My main reason for leaving is due to the classes constantly being cancelled, even at short notice. When you have an evening spin class booked which you've waited all day for it's very frustrating to receive a text 15 mins before it's due to start saying it's been cancelled. This happens too often. The gym area is a breading ground for germs as there are no paper towels and everyone has to use the same cloth to clean down their equipment. It's evident that they don't get washed daily either. So if you don't already have covid then join this gym and you'll leave with it! Lastly, the membership has gone up an extra £5 with no improvement to the gym, classes or the equipment. I feel the £19.99 membership gets you nothing but a poor service and users get the impression that this is a company on its way of going under. The instructors aren't paid on time and the staff turnover is high which rings alarm bells. I initially joined this gym due to the location as it's near to my house, however I've decided to hand in my notice and drive further for a better gym all round.

Staff seem lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately they were not running the classes advertised due to a dispute over pay. The team are hardworking and deserve to be paid on time every month. I joined to solely do the classes so I was disappointed. The gym itself is compact, but has everything you could need. Need, tidy and covid friendly.
