Energi Trampoline Park York york

Really enjoy coming here with the kids-loads to do and we always have fun. Can't comment on the cafe as we never use it. One point, I think they should have a water station as it gets warm when you are bouncing and so a cup of water on offer would be nice. We love coming to Energi!

Great fun. Took my 4 year old son and we both loved it. Very good workout too!

My 3 year old son was made to sit and watch a safety video which graphically shows characters snapping their neck, legs, arms and mentions DEATH on multiple occasions. He was so frightened we had to leave after 2 minutes. Total waste of money and an excellent way to lose business.

Will never ever go here again,what a dreadful company,absolutely terrible customer service, What should be a simple process they have over complicated couldn't find my details even though id been there many times before, rather than helping they pointed me to a computer that didn't work, then I couldnt find anyone to help with it and the two useless people on the desk just ignored us, I phoned and left 2 messages it took 3 hours for them to get back to me, and when they did all he did was antagonize me and defend what had happened no apologies no explanation he even went as far as insinuate I was lying about the computer being off, I had two children that were upset, we went elsewhere in the end these sort of places soon disappear when they have poor staff and arrogant supervisors what makes it worse is the poor organisation and leadership really stands out compared to every other child event place in york I think the owners need to take a day and visit all the other child places around york so they can see how far short there service falls. I won't be back.

My little girl (3yo) and I went this morning for the Toddler session and we'll definitely be back!! The place was clean and tidy. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. It wasn't overcrowded at all - we never had to queue or wait for equipment to be free; if a trampoline was taken there were always plenty of other ones to use. And to top it all off, I got a latte from the cafe upstairs. The beans were freshly ground and the coffee was extracted from a proper, commercial espresso machine by a chap that obviously knew what he was doing. I never expect too much from the cafe attached to these kind of places but this was a genuinely good coffee and a genuinely lovely surprise. Miles better than the Starbucks I had to endure at Leeds train station recently. This place is well worth a visit, even if you don't want a good coffee.

Took my nephews for an hour. Clean and tidy. Staff good. Bit slow in the cafe but worth it their coffee is lovely.

Excellent fun for kids and adults but it is very cold if you do not intend to Jump. Also, the prices of hot drinks and snacks is quite high, and you will need a hot drink in winter, as obviously it's a warehouse.

Well organised business with friendly and approachable staff members. We attended as part of a party which was well organised and appeared fun. Top place and plenty of parking.
