Had the Surrender Spa treatment today, and it was so relaxing, and exactly what was described in the brochure. Dee, the therapist was brilliant, warm and welcoming, enough communication to check in, but not over the top to distract from the treatment. Treatment was great, essential oils and hot stones melted stress, and pressure was spot on. Post relaxing room and tea a great touch to finish off this lovely experience. Highly recommend

1/ 5

I’m really disappointed with my experience today at Endota. I was really excited to have a pamper day which my partner had booked and paid for me as a special birthday gift. Days before the treatment, I called as I wanted to remove the pedicure from the package and have extra massage time. The lovely receptionist Sarah told me that would be fine and in fact I would have a credit as the treatment changed. She said I could use that towards another treatment at a later date or get some products. Nice! So, all I was told by my partner was to turn up at 10:45am on Saturday and enjoy. I did not get a confirmation text as I did not book it. I arrived at 10:48am and wow did I pay for that mistake… the therapist was not welcoming and after completing a form, she rudely told me that my treatment would be cut by 15 minutes. When I questioned why she was very defensive and repeated that I was late and she’s got a busy day ahead. Not a great way to start a relaxing treatment. I understand that I was a few minutes late but I was left for 15 minutes waiting in the lounge area as I filled in a lengthy form… Now the treatment; while I enjoyed parts of the massage and facial, I was feeling a little on edge after the therapist’s ice-cold welcome. It took me the whole hour to try and relax and unwind. But to top it off, following the treatment, I was shown an array of products that were not used on me during the treatment but I was told that I should purchase them because I have combination skin. I was really getting the hard sales push from this therapist. This is not what I would expect from a well established brand. Now despite being told verbally on the phone that I had a credit, the team on that day would not honour the credit and of course Sarah was on a day off so could not verify this. Instead I was told I owed them a further amount as prices went up a few days before even though it was booked and paid for weeks in advance BUT they decided to waive it after I questioned this. I left the spa feeling rather deflated and really disappointed.

There was a bit of a mix up with the booking on Endota's end and my appointment was delayed, but they made me very comfortable with some lovely lavender tea while I waited 30 minutes for my appointment. I purchased the Revive treatment, which is a combination of a facial, pedicure, and massage. The whole experience was magical. The therapist customised the massage and worked on the areas of concern I'd specified in my form. I left feeling uplifted and relaxed. There is a small parking lot around the corner from the location which gets busy during the day, but you might be able to snag a spot.
