Recieved the Pregnancy Pause, it is first pregnancy massage (or more to term "Rub") I've ever received just laying soley on my back. I left with more lower back pain then entering the spa, currently 36 weeks pregnant and I was sore enough. Filled out the questionnaire with desired locations, and none were even touched. Walked out oily, with stuff stuck in my hair and feeling upset and used for my money. Won't be returning to this location, Tea Tree Plaza is the best location I've been to previously and i will continue to go there. dont know why I changed my mind this time..

Not a good experience, a little rude welcome at the reception, my appointment was at 3;45 went there 3:46 and they tell me you are late and you are meant to come 15 min early and we will not give you a full 60 minutes treatment as you are supposed to come 15 minutes early as a first timer which was never told. Only 45 minutes massage given for a ripping $125 and not even full treatment given - can get a better service for half the price somewhere else ! No wipe down given after massage and only half the job was done for a full price!!!! Misinformation and poor service! Would not recommend this place at all

I went to Endota at Mawson Lakes for an eyebrow wax and tint in December. The wax job was terrible, the shape of my eyebrows was completely altered and were uneven. I spoke to the manager several days after and she asked me to send in photos via email which I did - but have never had a response, and when I asked for a refund the manager said they didn't offer refunds.
