Well they are not wrong. They do priorities the customer’s wellbeing. First time visit the place and it was great. The money is worth spending here. I had the custom massage and it was great. Loved it. 100% recommended.

I was gifted a voucher to come here for my birthday and I was so well looked after. I had the surrender spa package which includes a massage and facial. Jessica was super lovely and I really, really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. Left relaxed and can't wait to come back for more.

I had a voucher from my daughter and came here for a nice relaxing massage. Very friendly from the time you walk in, very calm and relaxing. The worst part, the massage had to end lol. Loved it!!

EDIT - I was suitably impressed to be contacted by management shortly after leaving this review and they have provided excellent customer service in dealing with the below. Thankyou Julie. I look forward to my next appointment. Lin gave me a wonderful pregnancy massage on 11/12, she deserves plenty of recognition. However, I was taken through to the massage room late (3.10pm) and as we finished bang on 4pm, it was more a 45 minute massage by the time we got started, so that was disappointing, especially considering the price. I have been gifted a voucher by my parents which I have booked to use on 27/12 and I hope this issue can be rectified at my next visit.

I had deep recovery massage, person who did me was lovely but way too gentle did not feel that i had massage. not strong enough. And i written how strong i wanna be and did not follow paper. Did not understand if you are not following no point filling form. Compare to price Not worthy.
