My Therapist (Dee) listened to my concerns and questions and took that on board. She was through and her technique was excellent making me fell relaxed giving me a very enjoyable experience. It was a birthday outing with my two daughters and we all really enjoyed the experience. Thank you to your staff for their professional service.

We booked a couple spa package for our anniversary. However we were disappointed with our experience as the allocated masseuse (noted she was wearing a mask) for my boyfriend she was coughing and sneezing through the whole session and we were in a small enclosed space. We actually both caught a cold 2 to 3 days after. Clearly the protocols have not been meet if the masseuse is coughing and sneezing yet still proceed to work on clients. We did try to resolve this directly with management first however we got a generic response advising that there are protocols in place and employees are fully vaccinated. Additionally we did seek for possible compensation based on our experience and this was just ignored. If we knew this was a service we would received we would’ve just saved our money and could have avoid catching a cold!

It was my first visit to an Endota Spa and I was extremely satisfied with the experience and service received. I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Vianny and my therapist, Chloe was so thorough and detailed. She also made sure the massage pressure wasn’t too hard. The music was relaxing and I think I fell asleep a few times 😄 She listened to my concerns and provided some advice and products that will help me. The entire experience was amazing and lovely! I came out rejuvenated and relaxed. I will definitely go back again. Thank you for the best spa experience ☺️

Everything about Endota Spa at the Four Seasons was perfect! My partner and I had a couples massage and it was truly the best experience. The team are friendly and thoughtful and the massage and facial treatment was absolutely heavenly. It’s definitely quite a pricey massage option but well worth it as the experience was simply divine!

Very impressed with the quality. The ambience was perfect. Everything was just perfect
