Was given a gift voucher so I used it on a 45 minute manicure . I explained to the manicurist that I was allergic to some perfumes. She was excellent and checked everything out before she used it. Unfortunately she put so many layers of nail polish on that it took ages to dry and by the time I got home every nail was damaged and started to peel off within the next couple of days. She had told me it would be dry in 10 minutes. I would give the the place 4 stars but the finished product 2 stars 🌟

I visited for a remedial massage but did not have the best experience. Although it was a lovely, clean space, the massage felt painful and uncomfortable. The therepists’ technique was unusual compared to similar massages I’ve had and I was at times wincing in pain. She did not once ask if I was feeling okay or if the pressure was okay. I went in with knots in my shoulders and have come out with serious shoulder pain that is costing hundreds to fix. Very dissatisfied and very overpriced.
