Very safe. Limited access. Contact on email or phone. Saw the nurse in and out in 10 minutes. Keep it up. Just a thought before covid was always crowded. People are now thinking twice and using 111. Better for all. The ask the receptionist a question is very useful and you get a quick reply.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I'm only rating this gp 1* because it did not give me the option for 0 stars. All of the receptionists are unhelpful, rude and unempathetic. I was reffered to a hospital for a growth on my brain where they asked for me to go on medication to reduce the swelling and symptoms, this gp lied and told me that the hospital didn't prescribe me meds I desperately needed for 6 MONTHS, and only found this out when I went back to the hospital. On top of this, they are not allowing me access to any of my medication that I desperately need. I wish I could say this is the only issues I've had with this gp, but alas, I have had a plethora of issues with them that they always refuse to resolve. When they make these mistakes they say they'll call you back with a resolution - but they never do. In the whole surgery there is only one good gp.

The whole experience of dealing with and being at Enderley Road Medical Centre is superb. The booking forms online work very well, the reception people are attentive and efficient, the doctors are very professional, caring and individually focussed, the nurse is excellent, and the online prescriptions to the local pharmacy works well. Our family has been with the practice for 23 years, and despite the difficulties of the pandemic, the GP practice continues to excel.

5/ 5

My entire family was registered here. Unfortunately we had lots of health problems in the last years and also with our newborn. I want to thank you to the doctors for the referrals for specialists and help we received in our most difficult moments. I feel that they done everything they could. The receptionists are polite and respectful and always gave the information needed. Thank you!
