I remortgaged with first direct from another institution. The whole process was super smooth. I was sent the initial documentation rapidly. I was able to ask for my date of choice due to possible early redemption fees. My husband and daughter not on the mortgage were able to sign a form as they are not financially responsible for the property. I did telephone about 2 weeks before the planned change and was ensured I would be contacted with completion date which was the date I wanted. I did have 9 weeks from start to finish by choice . Great service

We recently used Enact Conveyancing to remortgage our property. We hadn't done this before ourselves so were slightly worried about the process. Luckily Enact made the process entirely stress free - they are by far the best service we have used when dealing with property moves/taking our mortgages. The online tracker worked brilliantly and made it so easy to keep updated of what was going on without having to take time away from work to take calls. The updates were regular and any queries I made were answered very quickly. Anyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and able to break complex info down into layman's terms which I very much appreciated! Would definitely use them again and recommend highly.

Easy to work with. Made the hole remortgage process accessible and easy. The online case tracker was a really good tool. If we had a question or didn't understand something we could message them out of hours through the case tracker or call them during office hours. Always got a friendly and helpful response. Best service I’ve received from a Conveyancing company. Their online portal keeps you up to date and is a simple and efficient way to review documents. If you have a question you submit it to your case handler, in our case Belinda, and she would respond within one day. Much better than the old school method of calling companies up. Final funds were transferred to me on the day of completion. I’d use them again.

Very efficient service, did everything they promised and on the day they promised. Also their web link is both secure and informative as to where you are in the process. I am using again and hope that they can provide the same level of service on this transaction. Enact did not disappoint again as my next transaction went like clockwork. Online portal very good and they respond to questions either that day or within 24 hours. Happy to use again.

I used enact for my current remortgage. The team were so helpful and the case tracker is honestly a different league. You don’t have to busy yourself calling for every little thing that might come up, you just login and message the team. All the forms are saved in the case file, easy to access and you’re never left with no response from the person managing the case. There is always cover in place that can pick up where you left off. The online tool was amazing compared to my previous dealings with other legal services. It was so helpful, straightforward and easy to use. Thanks everyone

What a great service! Having bought and sold a number of houses over the years, as a developer, and can't believe I have finally found courtesy of my lender a company that actually takes the stress away rather than loading it on. The staff are great, easy to talk to and helpful! The portal is easy to use and provides easy to view updates. Only area for improvement is when I sent a message it would be nice to see it had been read. That said it was responded to by the next day. I genuinely can't fault the service. I highly recommend using them. This is the standard other law firms should aspire to deliver to. I will defiantly be using them again.

Remortgaging was a breeze mostly because my new lender used Enact as their law firm. I agree with other reviewers here, their case tracking system is a game changer. I could upload documents and sign them electronically at my earliest convenience. I did not have to print a single document or send anything via post. My case worker was proactive, cordial, and informative. Perhaps, my case was straightforward however, this is such a refreshingly different experience based on the general level of service you get these days from conveyancing firms.

Enact have this morning completed my remortgage. Bearing in mind their workload, they were acceptably prompt in processing the work. They always picked up the phone within five minutes, which is very unusual these days, and were courteous and helpful. The portal is easy to use. I enjoyed being able to log on and view progress. That was efficient and helpful.
