2/ 5

Some of the classes get regularly cancelled with the instructors going MIA and you're not inform about this until either waiting for the class to begin or they don't bother to tell you even then and you have to go down to the desk, losing more time. Staff is hit and miss, although common with all of them is that you never or rarely see them going pass the desk, if they are there to begin with. It often happens you come to the desk and there's no one around and you have to get the key for the lockers from them, as well as your membership card as these are swapped when you enter/leave.. There's no cleaning as necessary, paper rolls and sanitisers can be out with staff present but you have to go and point out that out of 3, two paper rolls are out. Music seems not to be their worry either. it's either really low or really loud, depending who's behind the desk and it seems to be dependent on staff's personal choices which means you might end up listening to all sorts, this was something that sounded like heavy metal at one point. Staff is also often oblivious to temperature levels and the fact that it's boiling in there but they can't be bothered to turn on the fans or open the roof/ windows. So while the location is great, gym is okay...the whole experience is dampened by the lack of interest in actually providing a service.

Great student membership deal, my favourite yoga classes and very nice staff. Beautiful old building

Great student membership deal, my favourite yoga classes and very nice staff. Beautiful old building. My two main issues are lack of aircond and questionable hygiene of the floors and mats...
